Cheesey Bread roll with sausage

Since when I started to work with cooking, I always focus on plating, decorations. Because I believe that a little decorations of a food even if it's not that tasty can make people eat it very Happily. Food plating is the art of arranging and decorating food on a plate to enhance it's visual appeal and overall dining experience. If I talk about my plating, I tried to add the perfect composition, colour contrast, texture and balance. So for a little bit colourfulness I used a purple cabbage to make it look unique.
