Stuffed Foli Fish with Coconut Sauce: A Traditional Bangladeshi Delicacy with a Global Twist Stuffed Foli Fish is a traditional and authentic dish of Bangladesh. This fish is often avoided due to its high number of tiny bones, making it difficult to eat. However, through proper processing and deboning, it transforms into a delicious and flavorful dish that people truly enjoy. In this recipe, I have attempted to give it an international touch because Bangladeshi cuisine is not widely recognized on the global stage. Unlike Indian cuisine, which has gained international recognition, Bangladeshi dishes are still relatively unknown. I believe that if we present our traditional foods with an intercontinental plating style, we can introduce our cuisine to a global audience. Beautiful plating enhances the visual appeal of a dish, making it more tempting and enjoyable.
