Salmon Ceviche

I'm excited to share my take on the incredible Peruvian dish with a deshi twist, presenting a vibrant festival of flavors. This plating features fresh salmon marinated in zesty lime juice, accompanied by green mango, strawberries, and mandarins for a touch of sweetness. I’ve incorporated koromcha (Bengal currant) for a unique flavor, along with olive oil, cilantro, and onion to enhance the freshness. To add a kick, I included Naga chili, bringing everything together in a delightful dish that’s sure to impress!
