Golden Padma

The plating ties the dishes with the natural beauty and cultural significance of the rivers of Bangladesh. The plate can be connected with Padma, one of the largest river of our country. The curved fish arrangement resembles the flow of the river and fresh garnishes add to the natural and aquatic theme. Usage of local and available fish and the nature of Bangladesh is the prime inspiration behind the dish. I used fresh sides and curved plates that goes with the dish for plating.
