Chicken spinach roulade , beef sirloin in mustard sauce

I kept the chicken roulade plating in landscape technique as the chicken is stuffed with cheese and spinach. And the drizzle or balsamic and white sauce makes it more elegant . For beef steak I used bathing plating method as the sauce is a bit gravy which blends well with mashed potato underneath and sauted wild mushrooms.
