Arabian Khabsa

First whole chicken cut with butterfly pieces, for marination Arabian mixed spice, yogurt, salt, sugar, black pepper, white pepper, tomato paste, zinger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, cloves, oil, roasted paprika flakes, somac powder, dry mint will mix properly. Then chicken will cover will foil paper and will baked for forty minutes with 180degree temperature. After that uncover that foil and put again for baking with the help of 220-230 degree for 10-12 minutes until that chicken coloured brown. For rice will add chicken stock, carrot, tomato (rough cut). After that we will add oil, butter, star anise, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped carrot, tomato paste, Arabian spice, cumin powder, dry lemon in a pan and add rice. Then will put salt. sugar, black pepper, white pepper, cloves and complete rice. Then cashew nut, kismis will roasted with the help of ghee. Finally for serving/plating will add cucumber, onion, boiled egg, mint leaf, olive, cherry tomato, lemon pieces and ready for serve as mouth watering “Arabian Khabsa”
