Plate of joy

Grilled chicken with cucumber and tomato flower, I added some sliced onion to enhance the color of chicken also use lettuce for the base and some spring onion flowers to add some green colour. I was inspired by our national flag where red and green coexist beautifully. So I take the red chicken in middle and green lettuce as base color.
