
Summer Harvest Salad with Sliced Chicken Steak
I named this dish 'Summer Harvest Salad with Sliced Chicken Steak,' inspired by the vibrant presentations I often see on MasterChef Australia. For the chicken steak, I used chicken breast and tried to add smoky flavor. Then i sliced it thinly. I also used Black rice here in the salad. I incorporated a colorful mix of fresh greens, including lettuce, cherry tomatoes, coriander leaves, and thinly sliced onion and carrot. U also added a touch of lemon juice and a drizzle of mustard sauce add a tangy flavor. For a decorative touch, I garnished the salad with edible flowers and olives. I also added a coral tuile garnish for an elegant finish. Cooking is a passion of mine, and I always strive to create something new and innovative.
