Dessert ( Rocher scoop in Ice-cream plating)

A dessert is a finalising meal. This plate is full of muffin,chocolate and two different flavours of Ice cream, Vanilla and Mango..Here I have tried to present the vanilla Ice cream in a single scoop like a quenelle,inspired by professional chef.
