Tandoori Sea bass with cherry tomato

I always believe ~ "A colorful plate makes wet your palate!" As painting is my passion, I always love to play with colors & this plate of sea bass is inspired from my paintings. I added red cherry tomato & green lime to enhance the color of the plate & the ring onion to give the soothing vibe with this spicy dish. And this ash grey round plate just gave my ingredients the chance to reflect their color so well! While tried to decor with proper balance of color, I didn't compromise the taste at all.. The Fish was so delicious!!!
