Dumplings with Sweet Beetroot Puree
It’s a simple but elegant modern plating style which I tried to do with my own twist. For the dumpling wrappers I used beetroot juice in it for a kick in flavour and used chicken filling. I also used sweet beetroot puree, green onion infused oil, fresh tomato and greens.
