Bahari Golap Jamun

*Ingredients:** - 1 cup milk powder - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour (maida) - 1/4 tsp baking soda - 2 tbsp ghee or melted butter - 2-3 tbsp milk (as needed to make dough) - Oil or ghee for frying **For Sugar Syrup:** - 1.5 cups sugar - 1.5 cups water - 4-5 cardamom pods (crushed) - A few saffron strands (optional) - 1 tsp rose water (optional) **Instructions:** 1. **Prepare Sugar Syrup:** - In a pan, mix sugar and water. Heat until the sugar dissolves completely. - Add cardamom, saffron, and rose water. Simmer for 5-7 minutes until slightly sticky. Turn off heat and keep warm. 2. **Make Gulab Jamun Dough:** - In a bowl, mix milk powder, flour, and baking soda. - Add ghee and mix. Gradually add milk to form a soft, smooth dough (do not over-knead). - Divide into small, crack-free balls (ensure no cracks to avoid breaking while frying). 3. **Fry the Balls:** - Heat oil/ghee on low-medium heat. - Fry the balls gently, stirring occasionally, until golden brown. Drain and let them cool slightly. 4. **Soak in Syrup:** - Place the fried balls in the warm sugar syrup. Let them soak for 1-2 hours. Serve warm or at room temperature
