Magical fish plate

Assalamualikum.Hope you all are well. Through creativity and presentation food can truly be transformed into art.Food plating is the art of arranging food in an aesthetic way.Proper food plating require a combination of colour, shape and texture.I cooked the Poa fish with some spice.Especially I choose onion,chilli and tomato sauce.Finally black paper, green chilli, lemon slice,beat and origano leaf are used for decoration.I try to keep the food colour and lively.hope you all are like my pleating.
