My plating idea came from a natural way using one of the healthiest veges beetroot which is quite available in winter season in bangladesh.i made the beet sauce with fresh juice of beet ,milk,ghee, flour and pinch of salt ,sugar and chili flex to enhance the flavor.Bit sauce pasta Gurnish with carrots and capsicum.i took the thin slice of carrots and capsicum to ensure crunchy taste of boiled pasta.My idea is such that why not the color of food can come from natural way and add the seasonal veges flavor.
