I have prepared a beautifully plated Jhalmuri, a classic Bengali street food, with a modern twist. The crispy puffed rice is mixed with crunchy sev, onions, tomatoes, green chilies, and fresh herbs, creating a perfect balance of flavors and textures. Served in a cone-style presentation, this dish brings a unique visual appeal while staying true to its traditional roots. To complement the spice, I have added fresh cucumber and tomato slices, lightly seasoned for an extra zing. The red and green chilies enhance the vibrancy, making the dish as visually striking as it is flavorful.
