Glazed prawn with cocktail dip and mashed potato white sauce.

I wanted to give the prawn cocktail a new look and a little texture with glazed potatoes and carrots with it. It definitely elevates the dish and gives it a fresh geometric look and nice texture. I wanted it too look fresh and shiny so I added some edible flowers which hits my aim
