Chinese-Filipino fusion Beef Caldereta

This is a Filipino beef stew but as it's inspired by Chinese style so first the beef is cut thinly against the grain and then soaked within baking powder to gain the wagyu texture then stir fried to have a smokey flavor then poured into the base Filipino Caldereta stew. So it's Chinese-Filipino fusion.
