Nature’s Poetry: Pan-seared Fish with Yellow Cauliflower Puree Herb Oil and Nori Crisps
The plating is inspired by the harmony of living things in nature; in seawater there are many herbivore creatures that depend on vegetation as for their main source of food. Hence, for my plating I wanted to show the connection between the ingredients sourced from the wetland, and land.
