Red Rush

It’s a strawberry infused sponge served with fresh berrie, chocolate and crushed pistachio with a base of strawberry sauce. Always liked the vibrant colour and sweet tangy taste of strawberry. The inspiration comes from my little belcony Garden and painting habit. As the fresh flower and the colour of berries create harmony, the nutty, tangy and sweet taste al together leaves a luscious taste with a vibrant experience.
