Kataifi Prawn
This prawn dish is consisted of a base of carrot puree, purple cabbage & microgreen salad paired with quail egg.(I am a student of HSC 2024. Making new dishes and plaiting them beautifully is my hobby. I'm self taught and willing to learn more!)
