Breakfast

Breakfast should be nutritious, capable of providing quick energy, and should be a significant source of energy. For this, boiled chickpeas are carbohydrate-rich, milk and eggs are balanced foods, carrots are rich in vitamins, apples and bananas provide quick energy, and raisins, cashews, almonds, honey are high in ATP. Breakfast should include these six food components to remain active throughout the day.
