Octopus Fava

Here we have the lower part of the tentacle which we like to pan fried in butter because we have the thinner part and stays very crunchy and a bit butter which is nice then we have some Fava sauce which is a very traditional greek sauce or from the mediterranean side some beautiful grill shallots some crispy potatoes and fresh chives and of course green olive oil .
