Memories on a Plate

This plating is inspired by my father’s favorite dishes, bringing together the warmth of Bangladeshi flavors. It includes flavorful yellow fried rice, tender chicken curry, crispy potato fry, and a fresh salad, all carefully arranged to reflect both nostalgia and tradition. Each element on the plate carries the essence of childhood memories, a tribute to the love and taste my father cherished. Though I lost him in my childhood, this dish keeps his presence alive in every bite.
