Immerse yourself in the rich flavors and visual elegance of this traditional Bengali traditional dish Panta Ilish, crafted for the art of plating competition. At the heart of the dish lies a beautifully golden-crisp Fried Hilsha Fish, delicately placed atop a bed of soft, fermented Panta Bhat, embodying both comfort and sophistication. To enhance the dish, a velvety Potato-Pumpkin Mash is elegantly swirled onto the plate, its smooth texture infused with the subtle sweetness of pumpkin and the earthiness of potato. Finely diced onions are folded into the mash, adding a gentle crunch and an aromatic depth. A bold drizzle of Mustard Chilli Oil flows gracefully across the plate, infusing the dish with the signature pungency of mustard and a fiery kick from red chilies.
