
Fillet steak
fristly, i have seasoned the steak with salt and pepper , then i have put it into a iron skillet with high heat and cooked it untill i got crust on all sides ,after i put some diced garlics and butter into the skillet pan constantly butter the steak with the melted butter on the pan and pick up the steak and rest it on a pan when i thought it was medium , then i boiled a lobstar for 2-3 minutes in the water ,after i fried for 1-2 (with low heat with butter)minutes after it taking out its shell ,i plated the dish by placing the steak in the middle putting the lobstar on it and placing my home made red sauce with some food colouring and finish with a froed sliced of lemon and on other side fake cavair made gello with food colour
