Pizza & Love

There was a small arrangement to celebrate the birthday of my husband. Before that day i did continous 36+ hours duty including hectic cardiac ICU along with assisting in pediatric cardiac surgery case in OT. I was so exhausted to do my routine work. From my heart i wanted to make the day special. I cooked afgani poalo, barramundi bbq, vegitable grill, birthday cake, different laddus & beef pizza.Nice plating makes food more palatable! Sometimes we failed to make food more presentable! I made that special pizza with utmost love, keeping the color with raw ingredients! Starting from pizza dough to pizza sauce, topics everything was made within very short period of time with lots of affection! Sometimes simple plating can be lucrative too!
