1.Mouth watering fuchka with sweet &sour tamarind sauce 2. Traditional rui fish with baby potato. 1. Number One dish is Bangladeshi traditional and mouthwatering street snack. I try to decorate it with a fusion of bengali and western decoration. This fusion gives it an aesthetic look as well as shows my creativity. Number 2 dish is a very familiar fish of Bangladesh . It is Rui fish cooked with new baby potato. Here I also try to create o fusion design of modern and traditional Bangladeshi plating using coriander, green chili, lemon and with the gravy.
