Hilsa fry
Hilsa is not just a fish; it's nostalgia, a feeling of home. From mother's mustard hilsa to rainy afternoons with a plate of rice and fried hilsa, it carries the warmth of childhood. No matter how far we go, its aroma always brings us back to our roots.
Since we are humans, we all feel down at times for some reason. And food is such an element that we eat whether we are sad or happy. So, I want the environment to be designed in a way that can uplift our mood. And if it's a plate of fuchka, then everyone's mood will instantly improve! Also, I want everything in my decoration to be edible.
