Khuder Bhaat-Bharta Combo

Khuder Bhaat -Bharta is a traditional Bengali meal that is both simple and flavorful. Khuder Bhaat is a type of rice dish made with broken or smaller grains of rice. It's often cooked with minimal spices, allowing the natural flavor of the rice to shine. The texture is slightly sticky and comforting. Bharta is a staple in Bengali cuisine, consisting of mashed vegetables that are seasoned with spices and often mustard oil. I used for bharta potatoes, green banana, lentil, black cumin and dried chilli with onion. The bharta adds a burst of flavor and complements the mildness of the Khuder Bhaat. This Combo is often served with other Bengali dishes. Considering these thoughts, I have served this plate with Egg omlet, lentil soup, Fish Kabab & Payesh as dessert which are complete and balanced meal. I have served this food on a ceramic plate because, these plates are integral to Bengali dining customs. They are often used during traditional meals, especially on festive occasions such as Durga Puja, Poila Boishakh (Bengali New Year), and other celebrations. Also, ceramic plates and pottery have significant cultural and historical value.
