Plate 01: My dish is "Garlic Momo with grilled masala chicken" here I add garlic chicken juicy Momo with caramalised onion& tomato spicy mouth watering Sauce.To complete the dis I added Grilled Masala Chicken ;at decoration I use Tomato sauce & slice of onion & beetroot for making simple looking dish.... Plate 02: My dish is ''Chicken Humorous Kabab "In the middle of the dish I use grilled Chicken reshmi kabab with spicy beetroot sauce, for making the dish complete I added slice of Rooti ; at decoration I use mint-lime mayonese , slice onion & beetroot.'..........
