Piazu & Muri-Makhna

These two Bengali snakes are very popular in our country mostly used during ifter in Ramadan.Piazu is made of sliced onions with a little bit of lentil paste.And Muri-Makhna is made of muri, Piazu, beguni, jhal boot, Googhni.These are all mashed into a single preparation with a little addition of mustard oil,chopped onion, green chillies, coriander leaf, cucumber etc. These street items are very common and found almost everywhere around the year and used as afternoon snacks.
