Pan roasted ginger potato and green peas cake , scallion salad , sweet soya brown sugar sauce and toasted peanuts. (Gastronomic Item)

With the sugar soya sauce i had made that flower effect with a thread then add the salad and then tilt the potato cake and added little sweet soya sauce on it and added sugar peanut on the top of the sauce.
