Roast Beef with a Deshi Twist

This oven-roasted beef is one of the most exciting dishes we have ever created. A bit charry on the outside and moist and feathery inside. Made with the eye of round and comes with a special sauce. The plating is inspired by the English Sunday Roast but the ingredients used in the dish are 100% deshi.
