French Fondant Potatoes
This fondant potato dish consists of a base of broccoli puree, topped with creamy mash, edible flowers and pickled onions. (I'm a HSC 2024 student and I like to try making new dishes every now and then. Decorating them gives me inner peace. I am self taught, looking forward to learn more and grow a strong self in this plating sector.)
