বাসন্তী (চিতল মাছের কালিয়া সাথে বাসন্তী পোলাও, দম আলু)

According to me food is not just cooking or serving! As may mom always said " খাবার খেতে মজা হলেই হয় না পরিচ্ছন্নভাবে পরিবেশন করতে হয়" though she is no more! But my mom always inspired me for cooking! She was really a master chief! Most of her Unique Bengali recipes were outstanding and I also know everything from her! This dish also one of her recipe! I always missed her a lot! But throughout her recipes I tried to feel her everyday!!
