Chitagonian Beef

This dish draws inspiration from the Beef Kala Bhuna from Chittagong. Beef has been cooked sous vide with the kala bhuna spices, served with confit garlic puree, mustard gel, tomato bhorta, rice crisp, kala bhuna jus and fried onions (beresta).
