Goodness of chocolate
This dish is inspired by the chocolate Ferrero Rocher, but it has my own twist in it. In the middle of the dark chocolate moose there is dark chocolate ganache. The outside coating is done by milk chocolate and nuts glaze.lastly for a bit of crunch taste i have put Tuile Coral and Tuile biscuts and for presentation i have used bright yellow glaze making the dessert complete.
