1.This pleating I made a lot of healthy food ,,coconut, cashews, boild chickpeas and egg,and nutrition and vitamins ingredients 2.milk,egg,ghee,backing powder and nuts and cardamom .3.tilapia or vatki fish and some colourful vegetables and sisimi oil.4.chawmin noodles, chicken, prawn, peas, same colours vegetables, garlic and my secret spice. 5.chicken kima,butter, bun,hot spice, garlic, ginger pest,pepper, cheese, tomato, carrot, lettuce.
