For this dish, I used freeform plating to create an artistic presentation. The beetroot chutney serves as a dynamic base, with organic swirls and splatters for movement. The Nargisi Kofta is placed centrally, with the egg visible to highlight its texture. Fresh herbs and vegetable garnishes add a vibrant, modern touch. The goal was to combine traditional flavors with a visually striking, contemporary presentation.
