The Plating is=I think it is a unconditional creativity of any person.By applying this one small & normal dish can be so alluring & attractive.That picture I make some beef shikh kebab in stove by using shikh.And maked pan tandoori & vegetables salad.For plating I use some shape of love because of it will be look so charm and alluring.Then I cut the tandoori in square shape of pieces.For looking unique I include two shikh with beef kebab and added salad in a unique way.
