This presentation blends the richness of Bengali cuisine with modern plating aesthetics, making it visually stunning while keeping the authentic flavors intact. Rice Molding & Placement: I've Used a mold to shape the rice into a neat and firm structure.Place it slightly off-center on the plate for an elegant look.Also created a sail using thinly sliced carrot and capsicum, securing it with a toothpick or placing it artistically beside the rice. Beef Curry : I served the beef curry in a small macaron bowl for a refined presentation and garnished with fresh mint leaves to add a touch of green and freshness. Onion & Red Chili Accent: Neatly arrange sliced onions and a whole red chili on one side of the plate, adding color contrast and a spicy hint. Half-Flower Cut Lemon: Placed beside the rice, offering a fresh citrus note. Specialty: Balanced Presentation: A mix of structured elements (molded rice, curry bowl) with natural garnishes. Color Contrast: The vibrant capsicum, carrot, red chili, and mint enhance visual appeal. Restaurant-Style Appeal: The macaron bowl elevates the plating, giving a fine-dining touch.
