THREE LAYER STRAWBERRY PANNA COTTA

For my Three-Layer Strawberry Panna Cotta, I created a smooth, creamy dessert with a beautiful gradient. The first layer is rich and silky, made with cream, honey, and milk. The second layer blends fresh strawberries for a fruity touch, while the third layer, infused with grapes and a hint of color, adds depth. After gently warming each mixture, I set them in the fridge to create a flawless panna cotta. For plating, I drizzle strawberry purée and milk purée for contrast, then add golden edible sheets and edible gold glitter for a luxurious finish. The result is elegant, vibrant, and visually stunning.
