Crusted Salmon with Creamy Mashed Potatoes

I used baked beetroot puree at the border side of the plate, Sauteed green peas and a roman lettuce at the bottom of the pistachio seasoned salmon and The bark of the colourful capsicum over the top with creamy mashed potatoes and sprinkle of thinly chopped parsley and carrot over the whole plate.
