This plating has a special space in my heart.. This PAYESH was a dish from my gaye holud ceremony.My mom cooked the payesh & I decorated.. Throughout the whole holud rituals I asked everyone "আমাকে মিষ্টি দিও না, ওই পায়েশ টা দাও.."
