Poppy seed chiken Kabab

I like cooking Thats why i love to nicely plating. Hygienic & nicely plating is most important to serve. There are many kind of rules in a plating. It has to contrast, colors, serve the right portion size, use edible garnishes, texture, plating is an art for me as i can art & craft. I made poppy seed chiken kabab where i plating with carrot puree, garnish along coriander leaves & rose petals, i make petal dust with cornflour & colors, water can be used.
