Pineapple Fried Rice

There’s a Japanese Anime called Food Wars where I first came across this dish and I knew instantly I was going to recreate this. I used veggies and pani apple cubes to make the fried rice. Later I seasoned the inside of the hollowed pineapple with salt and baked the rice in it. I garnished this with pineapple crown to highlight pineapple being the star ingredient in this recipe and give it a pineapple like shape.
