
Lemon Sunshine Tart with Surprise Island
I created two desserts. The first is a Lemon Zest Tart. I incorporated lemon zest and lemon flavor into the cream filling, along with a small piece of sponge cake for an extra layer of texture and flavor. The second dessert is my own creation, which I've named 'Special Island.' It's inspired by the classic Floating Island dessert, but with a unique twist. I made meringue clouds and placed them in a caramel bowl. The caramel melts in your mouth, creating an incredible sensation. I decorated the plate with dollops of cheese cream, lemon-flavored cream, and a sprinkle of sugar for a touch of elegance.
