It’s paired with an emerald-green sauce, blended with garlic, chili, onion, and vinegar for a bold, tangy kick. A silky white sauce, infused with black pepper, adds a luxurious contrast. The sago pearls, transformed into caviar with a precise technique and infused with turmeric for color, bring a touch of refinement. Each element is carefully curated to achieve a perfect balance of texture, sophistication, and artistry in every bite.
