I inspired by the idea of indulgence and nostalgia - combining the crispy warmth with the coolness of ice cream, sweetness of chocolate, just like childhood treats.I also took inspiration from cafe style desserts, where plating is not just about taste but also visual appleal. The drizzle and sweet souces arrangement were inspired by abstract art, makinh the plate look like a delicious masterpiece.
