1. Eligibility

1.1 Participants must be at least 18 years old and residents of Bangladesh.
1.2 Employees of AkijBashir Group, Akij Ceramics Limited, its affiliates, campaign partners, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
1.3 Participants confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification.

2. Entry Submission

2.1 Participants must submit original content (photos, videos, and written responses) via the official portal (aop.com.bd) before the submission deadline.
2.2 Each participant may upload a maximum of 5 photos per entry. High-quality submissions improve your chances of success.
2.3 By submitting materials, participants grant Akij Ceramics a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the content for promotional and program-related purposes.
2.4 Entries must adhere to the competition’s theme and comply with all rules. Submissions that violate copyrights or intellectual property rights will be disqualified.

3. Competition Stages

3.1 Submission Stage: Participants submit their entries via the portal.
3.2 Voting Stage: Entries are displayed for public voting, and participants can share their submissions to collect votes responsibly.
3.3 Shortlisting Stage: Finalists are selected based on a combination of public votes and judges’ evaluations.
3.4 Audition Stage: Shortlisted participants attend a physical audition in Dhaka.
3.5 Reality Show: Selected participants compete in a televised reality show.
3.6 Finale: The most talented food plating artist is crowned the winner and awarded the prize.

4. Conduct and Participation Rules

4.1 Participants must behave respectfully towards other participants, staff, and crew. Any form of harassment, violence, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the competition.
4.2 Participants must disclose any health conditions that may affect their ability to participate safely.
4.3 Participants agree to follow all instructions and guidelines provided by the competition team.
4.4 Reality show participants must sign and agree to the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

5. Prizes

5.1 The competition offers cash prizes and awards, as announced.
5.2 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for alternatives unless agreed upon by Akij Ceramics Limited authority.
5.3 Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes or legal obligations related to their prizes.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All footage, images, and recordings created during the competition are the property of Akij Ceramics Limited. Participants agree that their likeness, name, and voice may be used for program promotions and broadcasts indefinitely.
6.2 Content submitted during the application process may be used for advertising, marketing, and publicity.

7. Privacy and Data Use

7.1 Akij Ceramics Limited collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the competition’s Privacy Policy.
7.2 Personal data collected includes your name, contact information, submissions, and any other details provided during registration or participation.
7.3 Third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and advertising pixels (e.g., Facebook Pixel) may be used to enhance the competition experience and deliver personalized ads.

8. Disqualification

8.1 Akij Ceramics Limited reserves the right to disqualify participants at any time if they:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Engage in misconduct or behavior that could harm the competition’s reputation.

9. Liability

9.1 Akij Ceramics Limited is not responsible for:

• Any injury, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the competition.
• Technical failures or disruptions during submission, voting, or production.
  9.2 Participants are responsible for any personal property brought to filming locations and participate at their own risk.

10. Changes and Termination

10.1 Akij Ceramics Limited reserves the right to modify or cancel any aspect of the competition without prior notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
10.2 Any changes will be communicated via the official competition website or directly to participants.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
11.2 Any disputes arising from participation in the competition will be resolved under Bangladeshi law.
